1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

2. Services

2.1 Description:

Worldhook Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides web design, development, Shopify store setup, custom app development, and related digital services.

2.2 Scope:

The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. Any services not explicitly included in the agreement will require additional quotes.

2.3 Modifications:

Any modifications to the original scope of work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Cooperation:

Clients agree to provide necessary information, content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.

3.2 Timely Responses:

Delays in client responses or approvals may result in project timeline extensions. We are not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Quotations:

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change after this period.

4.2 Invoicing:

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

4.3 Late Payments:

Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership:

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables specifically created for their project. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components remain the property of Worldhook Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

5.2 Client Content:

Clients represent and warrant that they own or have the right to use all content provided for the project, including text, images, logos, and other materials.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Non-Disclosure:

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Guarantees:

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, traffic, or search engine rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

7.2 Indemnity:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worldhook Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or client-provided content.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Worldhook Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.:

We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in abusive or unethical behavior.

8.2 Termination by Client:

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy based on work completed.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
